what MonitorGEO does
MonitorGEO queries AI answer engines and reproduces their answers exactly as produced, dated, naming the engine and the access route used. Those answers are language model outputs: they are neither established fact nor the publisher's opinion, and they are not guaranteed to be reproducible word for word from one call to the next.
what we collect
The free Scan collects three things, and nothing else:
A callback request adds your name, your phone number and the slots you give. No data is sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
legal basis and retention
Scan data is processed to deliver the service you asked for, and under the publisher's legitimate interest in making its services known to businesses. Requests and email addresses are kept for 24 months after the last contact. Raw engine answers are kept for as long as they back a Scan you can still open, then deleted with it.
processors
Hosting is provided by IONOS, inside the European Union. Querying the engines goes through API providers that may be established outside the European Union: the questions sent contain only the trade and the area inferred from your site, never your email address or your contact details.
your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. One message to contact@monitorgeo.com is enough, and it is handled within thirty days. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
cookies
The site sets no advertising cookie and no third-party tracker. Only a session cookie, strictly necessary for the forms to work, is used. No consent is therefore required, and no banner is forced on you.
intellectual property
The MonitorGEO brand, the site and its contents belong to AGENCE SW. Engine answers and quoted source extracts remain the property of their respective authors and are reproduced for analysis.
